  Can I rate zero? Never been in the store, the staff are probably very nice but they do need training on how the pick up a phone! I've tried call this store 30+ times over the last week with no one answering but a automatic voice saying "Please leave a message for, Telstra Jesmond". I've sent emails with no reply's, been through Telstra support to check I have the correct contact details, i've even rang the store oppiste them to ask if the Telstra looked busy!

  Incredibly rude. 2 staff 1 customer. After waiting 10 mins asked if I had a "quick" question, asked if an item was in stock, which it was but then advised I would have to wait a while if I wanted to purchase as both staff were attending to the other customer. This was after having to drive there as noone would answer phone and telstra shop franchises can't check stocks at other stores. Tried to contact some form of customer service and completely railroaded and ignored.

  Made five calls to the shop five days in a row - no one answered the phone each time and no one answered my messages for a return call.

  Waited for 45 min in line with the service tech helping someone. As soon as my turn came he said I needed to call Telstra technical support and billing. He did not have the time to help me and go to a bigger store so that they could help. Told try a bigger store like Charlestown. Customer service is the pits.
