    The staff were very knowledgeable regarding the products and IT in general. If nothing else, I felt they were much more on the ball as opposed to the clowns who worked in the Telstra shop 50 metres down the corridor.

    Didn't have the phone I wanted in stock so the guy drove to another store in Green Hills to get it for me. Great customer service.
