  ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING FOOD!!!! I CALLED UP FOR A REFUND AND DROVE THE 15 mins BACK TO THE STORE TO BE TOLD BY LINDA THE RUDE MANAGER SHE WILL ONLY GIVE A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE I FEED THE EDIBLE CHIPS TO THE KIDS BECAUSE THEY WERE HUNGRY!!!

  Pretty standard as far as a KFC goes - just your typical fast food shop that sells fried chicken. They have renovated late 2016/early 2017 and it looks a little more modern, but when you walk in during peak times, there are receipts discarded on the floor giving the place a dirty look. The customers usually in line are......interesting, and I guess they just prefer not to wear shoes in public. Hard to shake the image when the shop in based in Jesmond.

  Not happy at all, when buying a meal for $13.90 I would except to get a ketchup for me with my fries when I ask them but no I get told I have to pay $0.50 for it. Absolutely ridiculous

  Disgusting, overcooked, burnt looking greasy chicken. Never going back there again. If I could I'll give 0 stars. Waste of time and money.
