  Good budget accommodation, but amenities let it down. Hot water fluctuates. Large kitchen but low utensils and no basic things like tea towel to clean up. And make sure you lock your door when you leave the premises. Also watch out for rubbish under the furniture. I moved a couch to see the tv better and it was disgusting. Rubbish and ice pole sticks

  Only stayed the one night thank goodness Stayed with my small children, one of which is crawling. Was not impressed in the floor it had been very poorly cleaned there was hair, dirt and dust all over it. Also found tiny peices of broken glass scattered around. There was no light bulbs in the lamp in the main bedroom. And no lamp in the 2nd at all. Dead bee in the bathroom. Shower door handle was broken. The walls were dirty. Other people slamming the foyer door all night and the stair well had food, leaves and dirt all up the stairs. And A fire extinguisher just sat just inside the foyer door on the floor. I had to pay an extra $15 to have a portable cot brought in. Dryer didn't dry my clothes and lint filter hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It is a good location but a little expensive for what you get cleanliness wise.

  If your told, like us, there's Foxtel, there's not. There's the satellite dish socket in the wall, but no receiver.

  Just arrived for our two week stay at $1600 and so far, not very impressed. Never been to a 'bring your own bulb' apartment before. The bedroom lamp doesn't work (no there's no switch) nor half the floor lamp. Want to see outside when its dark? Too bad, that's busted too. Towel rack? That's extra. But to discover this, you have to open the doors with the handles that are nearly falling off. The chairs don't match, and the ones that do are thrashed to hell. The walls are scuffed, I mean come on, where is the upkeep? Does anyone maintain this place. The front curtain is broken but at least it's there, unlike the other side, that faces a public park, so bye bye privacy. Power points are very save with gaping cracks (sarcasm) oh and the paint's peeling, let's hope its not lead. You can see how much they enforce their parking policy when other people take your designated spot.

  This place is disgusting! We stayed here with family and were appalled by the filthy condition of these apartments. They have a serious cockroach problem, which is made worse by serious lack of housekeeping. The walls are covered in dirty marks and cobwebs. We had no bin, no washers, door handles falling off, missing blinds, a laundry that smelled like roadkill and a shower door being held on by what appeared to be a paper clip? Everywhere I looked was dust and dirt. We ended up leaving early and needless to say, we will never return!

  Unsafe Accommodation. At 3.30am an intruder entered the unit using the supposed secure keypad PIN entry. I had to yell at them to leave. Reported it to management and got no concern and no response. Disgusting!!
